The Founders

Director Pastor Enos Baxic Oumo desires to uplift the living standard of disadvantaged children and orphans by offering them equal opportunity to education and a quality life so as to enable them to become independent and useful members of society.

The Current Centre

The Dagoretti Corner Rehabilitation Centre occupies a quarter acre of a rented plot which is fully occupied by temporary structures for learning and living.

Source of their Funding

They receive often infrequent support from the Kenyan Government, The Red Cross, international schools, churches and well-wishers.

Areas of Endeavor

Dagoretti Corner provides disadvantaged and orphaned children with food, shelter, counseling, medical care and a quality education.

Present Challenges

Financial support is their greatest challenge. At present they are unable to provide more than one meal a day to the children and they struggle to provide enough supplies, materials and teachers for the school.
