Agape Hope Center is a registered community based organization operating in Dagoretti in Nairobi, Kenya. The organization was founded in the year 2003 to look out for the interests of needy and vulnerable children in the area within which it operates. It was founded by Pastor Oliver and Margaret Chiraba who are its Co- directors. The organization runs an orphanage as well as school for children in its outreach program.
Agape Hope Center operates in a low income neighborhood. Many children from this community have been orphaned by the HIV/AIDS crisis. Left unattended to, they risk falling victim to social evils such as drug and substance abuse, crime and underage prostitution. These are the issues that Agape Hope Children Center tries to shelter these children from.
Their vision is to afford every orphan and vulnerable child the opportunity to have a healthy and safe childhood with the prospect of a brighter future

LIFT THE CHILDREN'S CONTRIBUTION.
Lift the Children has visited this centre more than 60 times in the last 10 years that we have supported them and have seen many orphaned and vulnerable children transition from desperation to hope.
To date we have more than 50 stories of success of children who were brought here after being abandoned, abused and neglected and now they are grown adults who have a careers and can depend on themselves.
Agape has benefited from LTC trainings and today they are able to undertake various income generating projects including their dairy and green house farming projects.
"Throughout the years, LTC has been a friend and partener to Agape Hope Center. We are indeed grateful for all the support throughout the years. We have been privileged to have a relationship that spans 10 years. LTC began supporting us in the year 2010 and has remained faithful throughout this time. We currently benefit with a monthly support sum of Kes 35,000." Mr. Oliver said in a recent interview- he added that Funds received from LTC have been instrumental in ensuring programs at Agape Hope Children Center remain operational and carry on smoothly. "Without LTC support, we couldn’t have come this far. For that we will always be grateful." He noted.
